Watership Down (Watership Down, #1)
by
"It so well displays socialism and fascism but what's amazing is it was done originally when Richard Adams was trying to teach the problems & evils of these ideologies ... to his children. And it turned into a book for everyone."

Animal Farm
by
"Not the most well written book but as an allegory it's amazing and reflects in a more subtle way the same powers of observation that make Orwell's "1984" seem prophetic. Talk about "trending"? Orwell could read a trend and see it to it's logical conclusion. Told in a fascinating story."

The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (Chronicles of Narnia, #1)
by
"Another allegory for Jesus and his sacrifice for human kind. It's not as detailed as "Pilgrims' Progress" but it's one really great exciting story too. The first and best of the Narnia Chronicles."

Arena
by
"I just discovered this book. The raves, ratings and reviews are amazing. Whether or not you believe in God, a great story is a great story, and if it's also a Christian allegory only means the author is extra gifted. I'm sure we'll ALL enjoy it. LLR"
