yes apart from the good italian food in it which made me hungry not worth it, it has kundalini yoga, spirituality and all is good but the teacher was/is a fraud.. I asked my uncle he teaches meditation and kundalini yoga :D

yup ! it's a real story, she is a foreigner who comes to India in the middle of the book and I have to read all that shizz :k the teacher plus the dialogues in the book xD
