Beginner chapter books that feature African-American protagonists during the 2000s Decade (2000 - 2009) by African-American Authors.

Books must be no more than 160 pages.

Books must be in English and released in the USA. A human protagonist's culture and history must be African-American. Nuclear families only. No self-published books. No nonfiction.

Any book that breaks the rules will be removed without comment.
