Jennifer Great list of Life Made Simple 19 books. Sometimes happiness comes from the simple things in life. You have to be able to see the forest for the trees.

They say that one of the regrets of elderly people on their death beds is that they wished that I had let themselves be happier. Many did not realise until the end that happiness is a choice. They had stayed stuck in old patterns and habits.
