Fixing myself a fresh cup of coffee does wonders for me. If that doesn't work, I take a quick walk. Something about the physical exertion allows the concept to roll around in my head without the constant interruptions of my internal editor. Many times while writing Loving on Me! this allowed me to find the deeper meaning that was just outside my grasp. If those two don't work it's time to take a nap, allowing the Spirit to speak to me in my stillness. It's amazing the clarity that comes with just a bit of rest.(less)
