Right now (fall 2021) I am halfway through writing a story inspired by a real mysterious discovery. Just imagine that you are a kid climbing a huge old tree. One of the branches seems someway weird, and when you give it a closer look, you realize it's not really a twig: it's an ancient key. Buried deep in the wood, with only a small part protruding, it just sits there year after year with no explanation or apparent reason whatsoever. For how long? Why so dangerously high? How on earth could anyone manage to put it there? Because when you bring your sharp modern tools, you will realize it's virtually impossible for this firmly ingrown piece of metal to come loose within hours to days of your hardest efforts. You may ask why. Well, any nearby position is extremely unstable. It's very tricky for you to hold on tight even if you do nothing else than mere staring. Whatever you try, you simply cannot figure out how to use two hands for work and stay alive at the same time. It had to be even more difficult to install the locksmith's product in so highly unusual place - hammering seems completely unfeasible on that inaccessible spot, shooting a key out like a bullet is hardly imaginable... Perhaps drilling a hole first, and then planting the key inside it, this could had been a way to achieve such unexpected result. In any case, it was not a trivial job to do. The big question is: Why so much effort?? If you are very curious, the book illustration is already online for preview at okram(dot)fr. For the full story, you will have to wait some time, though, until it's combined with added fantasy, more mysteries, and some adventure on top of that of course. Mystery lovers will not be disappointed - this book is part of a much larger master plot (a book series presenting intriguing secrets of a vanished town - secrets never heard of before, and their shocking solutions unknown from any fiction literature or movies that have crossed my life so far).(less)

I only write when a true inspiration comes - to keep my stories pristine in terms of enjoying them myself already when writing them! I think readers can feel if something is written wholeheartedly and with "joy in soul". I want to pass nothing less than this to other people, while bad moods and other negative things will stay and die with me - or at least I will not let them spoil books for you :-)(less)
