J.M. Kirkley writes grace-filled historical fiction merging page-turning historical events with inspiring faith and clean, closed door romance. She is an award winning author of the Inspirational Historical Romance novel, A Writing Upon the Sand.

By trade, she’s a storykeeper. She's a faith-based counselor who specializes in grief and trauma recovery. By night, she researches and writes historical fiction inspired by real events.

She calls East Texas home. Her favorite pastimes include visiting museums and art festivals, refinishing furniture, touring coastal offices of the National Weather Service with her meteorologist son-in-law, and making memories with family and friends.

A delightful read on this debut Regency romance from author Tiffany Odekirk. Read this before Winterset. I recommend both of these sweet romances.

I read Winterset prior to reading Summerhaven. Although this is not listed as a series, I recommend that you read Summerhaven first, since it lays the groundwork and character development of Oliver Jennings in this sweet romance Regency novel. I enjo ...more

Great road trip novel down historic Route 66. This new-to-me author wove in several timelines filled with unique characters, romance, and wonderful storytelling, including some gritty US history along the way.
