Uldean Reid (writing as I Am Uldean) is a writer, speaker, and creator of reflective tools for women navigating life after divorce and major transitions. Writing from lived experience, she explores themes of healing, identity, faith, emotional resilience, and beginning again after loss.

Her work speaks to women who feel exhausted, unseen, or unsure of who they are becoming. Through honest reflection and gentle guidance, she offers reassurance that healing is not linear — and that it’s possible to rebuild a meaningful, grounded life at any stage.

When she’s not writing, Uldean shares insights through her podcast After the Divorce and creates journals designed to help women slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
