I loved this book. It was one of THOSE books. The kind that stays with you long after you've read it, echoes of its characters and what they've gone through motioning to you. Someday I can write a real review of this book. Not yet. Someday. ...more

I need a thesaurus to come up with enough superlatives for this book. I gobbled it up in three days (when I mainly only had time to read at night). The premise is beautifully high-concept--a 16-year-old named "A" wakes every morning in a different body. "A" has been doing this since he/she was a baby. love ...love...this book is a wonderful way to explain that what matters is whats inside and how it never works and what usually counts is the exterior. ..how sad is that?

Maybe unique would be the better term than bizarre, but it was certainly a different kind of plot. Loved it.

I cleared my rating after reading other reviews. This was one of those books where I may have felt uncomfortable about something and then shrugged it off or I just totally missed it, but there is a chapter that was problematic. The main character keeps waking up in other bodies, but when the character wakes up in a fat body, the thoughts about it are awful. The shaming and blaming are

Interesting, in parts. But mostly meh. I can suspend a lot of my disbelief but I can't get past media that claims "love at first sight" is a thing.

Also, I can't believe there is going to be a sequel. The most interesting bits got introduced way too late for them to really matter, so I should have been surprised. But I was. And annoyed too.
