Hmm. This is not an easy book to rate. Sartre is pretty blunt with his discussions of existentialism. There are sections with no subtlety, just philosophical discussion to the max; but there are also more literary explorations of his ideas. I went back and forth between annoyance and enjoyment. I think it is inevitable to compare Nausea to The Stranger in terms of literary merit and philosophical ideas, and I think The Stranger comes out on top as a novel.
