While I really liked this book, I couldn't help but roll my eyes at the end. Maybe it is because I am a cynic, but I find it hard to believe that someone could turn around so abruptly. Come on! The guy was a complete ass and he is visited by three ghosts and suddenly becomes the most beloved man in London? To that, I say Bah Humbug.

A story about how important is being nice to other people and seeing other side of them not connected with their job.
Such a classic story, one that just about everyone knows the plot of, but that everyone should pick up and read.
