Three words: SO.FREAKING.AMAZING.! I have never read anything like this! At the start of the book it was hard to read after I got into it a bit, just because everyone is controlled by the Society and Officials and nobody really has an actual choice. Life is pretty much the same day to day, not a hair out of place. If it is, there is usually trouble to follow. This book is written very similarly to Hunger Games. It takes place in the future in a society that controls everything in order to provide a better living than in the past. However, rather than being focused on physical restrictions, the restrictions more involve words, free expression, and choice.

I loved it and cannot wait to read the second!!!

It is a good dystopian book but there is nothing so extraordinary which makes it different from other or rather unique.
It seems like a mixture of Delirium, 1984 and The Giver.

Really enjoyed the book. It was an interesting premise even if it's close to other dystopian novels.
