Three words: SO.FREAKING.AMAZING.! I have never read anything like this! At the start of the book it was hard to read after I got into it a bit, just because everyone is controlled by the Society and Officials and nobody really has an actual choice. Life is pretty much the same day to day, not a hair out of place. If it is, there is usually trouble to follow. This book is written very similarly to Hunger Games. It takes place in the future in a society that controls everything in order to provide a better living than in the past. However, rather than being focused on physical restrictions, the restrictions more involve words, free expression, and choice.

Really enjoyed the book. It was an interesting premise even if it's close to other dystopian novels.
