This book was not an easy one to get through, just because of how in depth it went, but it was completely worth the effort I put in. It took me a little longer to read this than I would have liked, but I loved the book and found it absolutely fascinating.

I'm rereading this series again because of the new books that have been written. I read the original and then decided I would read in chronological order.
Every time I read this book I take away something different. There are so many layers. I think I enjoyed it more this time than any other - understanding the motives of human behaviour.
I'm looking forward to reading the Butlerian jihad, to discover the beginning if the Bene Gesserit, the Mentats and the Guild.
