What Members Thought
Ok...just hear me out.
I didn't know what to expect with this series. A good friend of mine, whose reading tastes I greatly respect, LOVES this series. So I decided to give it a go.
City of Bones was probably the worst book I have ever read in my entire life. It's sad but true. So how, you ask, could I possibly give this book 5 stars when I gave its predecessor 1? It's simple, her writing got a heck of a lot better. She clearly got a new editor or something, because those god-awful analogies she's ...more
