Re-read review
Even though I have read Cinder before and know what's going to happen and the big revelations within the book I still sped through this like it was a first experience for me which really annoyed me because I wanted to take it at a more slower pace so that I could read possible bits I might have glossed over the first time. I resisted reading this for a long time because I am honestly a bit tired of the reworked-fairy-tales trend. I decided to give this a shot based on a lot of positive reviews. I absolutly hated this book the first time I started reading it. I couldn't get into the story at all. The second time I started I almost finished it in one sitting. This book was so good. I loved Kai his playful side, I liked the doctor, I hated the mother so I felt what the book wanted me to feel. And I almost never feel for so many characters in a book so this is great. I loved it.

I really enjoyed this book! I really wasn’t sure if I would, and I was hesitant to get into another series, but I am glad I did! Cinder is an awesome character! I loved this fairytale retelling and I will definitely continue the series as soon as possible because I need to know what happens next!
