i really liked this book alot it was action packed and dramatic and i really invested my feelings on the characters. i have some complaints 1.kai was so annoying and i dont like him if he knew cinder was princess selene his decisions would change drastically. 2. the author meant for the reader to trust wolf by the end of he book and i really like him hes nice and mysterious .... BUT i still didint trust him in the end. 3. Sometimes kais part was boring and i couldnt wait to get to cinders part. ...more

FINALLY finished this! Gosh it took me a long time.
I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it. I've also heard though that it's one of the slower books in the series.

At first I didn't like Scarlet's point of view... Mostly because I just read a whole book before this in Cinder's point of view. However, Scarlet's character did grow on me.
Around the middle of the book I started enjoying Scarlet's chapters more than Cinder's. The only thing I liked about Cinder's chapters was Thorne.
