Now I'm very very deliberative during long runs. Last one I started with full confidence knowing that I ate and slept well. During the first 5 min, I checked form and started pushing Earth using my hamstrings, you probably noticed shorter days recently. After 30 min, I was warmed up and found a pace where I became running. You read it right: I became running.
