To me, this whole book was a cop-out.
I don't think the author intended on making a series, not at first anyway. But she eventually did, creating a four-book saga that reminds me of Twilight. Paranormal guy, normal girl, forbidden love? Basically the same thing.
Even with a series, the author managed to keep each story pretty interesting and mostly unrelated to the last, besides a few key points. But for Finale, if you haven't read the third book Silence, then you're doomed.

I loved this book from start to finish, never a dull moment in the book.
It crushed my heart when I thought Patch was gone. But I knew he'd be back.
He's still devastatingly sexy-as-hell. I can only wonder how great he'd look in a tuxedo.
I liked Nora a bit better in this book. How she becomes all heroine-ness and what not, and she simply KICKS-ASS.
AND what I didn't understand was how Vee was NEPHILIM ! Like really .
AND why Scott ?, I loved him to pieces, and the oath that he swore to Nora's Dad. ...more

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S OVER!!! I have loved this series though all the books, and I can't believe that its come to an end. AMAZING, just amazing.
