Maybe 3.5 stars? Conner is one of 20 regents, and is worried about the future of the Kingdom, especially since the royal family has been murdered. He mines local orphanages and identifies four boys, who look like the long lost and presumed dead, Prince Jaron. After establishing he is ruthless, he spends 2-3 weeks (seriously?) training them to select the best candidate because he knows a new king will have to be chosen soon.
