I read this in just a few hours. I have to admit, I was very confused for at least the first 100 pages of the book. But once I started really getting into the story, I couldn't put it down. I thought the alternating chapters between the past and the present were very efficient tools for revealing the groundwork of the story without giving away too much too fast. The book went through many twists and turns which definitely play mind games with the reader!

This book is a welcome reprieve from clich

Do you get all excited over new series like I do ? This one inspired me to pick it up as I loved the cover. The story itself though is one of those stories that people will either love or hate, for me it was mixed feelings involved. Mind Games tells the story of two sisters Annie and Sofia , Annie is blind and has a gift - she can see the future. Wow. This book was awesome; I'm so glad I read it! Girls who have different abilities to see the future, feel other's feelings..all while being controlled and manipulated by an evil man?! That's my kind of story! Annie and Fia are two very different people and their experiences show the Keane Foundation in different ways before converging into one main view point. I'm very interested to see what happens with them, James, and Adam in the next book! ...more

I ❤️ this book! It was similar and different to anything I've ever read all at once... It made me think about what humans are capable of (both in the powers department and the morality department) and what someone's willing to do for someone they love. Fia and Annie seemed like the very different people they were, and I rely loved their individual voices that interweaved together! Really want to read the next book right now!!! ...more

I really enjoyed this one! Kiersten White writes some of the most vibrant characters. The only thing I'd say is that I felt like Fia was too broken a character and that White was trying so much to distance herself from her Paranormalcy series that she made an almost unlikable MC. Definitely excited for the next one though!! ...more
