Shelves: arc, mythology, shapeshifters, urban-fantasy

I'm surprised I gave this 4 stars, but it just didn't seem to have the depth that I'm used to in JLA books. Maybe it's because our heroine wasn't completely kick-ass, but there was just something off about this book. I loved Roth though; he was seriously invested in our MC from the beginning, which was so cute! Hoping for more character and plot development in the sequel :) ...more

Page turner

This one kept me up late! This author is such a great and engaging storyteller. What an enjoyable read. I’m hooked and looking forward to book two.
