I had so much fun with this book. I needed something light and easy after reading Ninth House and The Bromance Book Club did the trick. If you are looking for steam you won't get it till the back half of the book but I enjoyed this book anyway. Normally I want them to get steamy early but I liked the back story to this one leading up tp the steam.

Such a great book! I loved that the main couple were imperfect and we got to see their flaws and them grow by the end. I couldn't stop reading this one it just flowed so well. I must say I'm not a rom-com fan but there were parts where I really did laugh out loud!! I will definitely recommend this one to all my book loving friends!

This book is romcom GOLD. Absolute GOLD!!!
I have not highlighted so many passages in a book before simply because I was giggling with glee. SO MANY laugh out loud moments here. This group of men wading through romance novels as if they were textbooks with grains of wisdom to strengthen their relationships was completely delightful for this romance junkies soul. I devoured this bad boy. I ...more

As soon as I read the premise of The Bromance Book Club by Lyssa Kay Adams, I'm pretty sure I'm going to love it. So why in the world did I wait so long to read it?
I swear, there is some part of me that is a reading masochist. I have these books that I know I will love and I let them sit. They stare at me like little bric ...more

The first rule of book club: don't talk about book club. Are you interested yet? I sure was!
Gavin Scott, a professional baseball player, has a big problem. He just found out his wife, Thea, has been faking things in the bedroom. With his pride hurt, he reacts badly, and ends up moving out & she asks him for a divorce. When one of his teammates (and good friend) find outs, Gavin is invited to a romance book club with a bunch of well known Nashville men. They read romance novels together in order ...more

The Bromance Book Club is a fun and heartfelt second-chance romance. I finished reading it last night and I just keep asking myself why did this book and series stay on my bookshelf for so long. I mean I just loved the plot. A famous baseball player turns to romance novels to save his marriage. It is sentimental, comedic, and finally, men get to understand and appreciate the art of romance novels!

I received an ARC from Edelweiss plus in exchange for an honest review.
Men reading romance to understand women, a Russian farting, two people with two kids trying to get their marriage back on track, a bunch of guys founding a romance book club for the aforementioned purposes. Did I mention Book Boner? It might look like sci-fi, but it's instead the endearing, hilarious The bromance book club

Thank you to Edelweiss and Berkley for the digital galley of The Bromance Book Club.
Gavin Scott is trying to save his marriage. His fellow teammates have devised a plan to help him do just that. Enter, the book club. A group of professional baseball players who read romance novels in order to get into the minds of women and find out just what it is that women want.

Yes, yes, yes, YES. This is exactly what I want in my romance books - a lot of heart, a lot of laughs, a lot of banter, and some good, well, romance! I was hooked on this story from basically the opening chapter, and it never let me go (so much so that I finished it in one day, practically in one sitting)!
I really liked the romance positive nature of the book, and a lot of the observations the men made in their book club were totally spot on and pretty hilarious. Thea & Gavin went through a lot ...more

OMG
Ok byeeeee. Best. Ending. Ever.
This book was heartfelt, sexy, funny. I loved so many things about this book & I have to say that this is not what I expected going into it. Men helping men by reading a romance novel, i mean what! I AM HERE FOR ALL THAT! I absolutely adored Gavin. He was everything and you cannot tell me different. Thea was a force to be reckoned with (when she finally told off you know who, can we allll get hands clap!!!) On a more serious note, I felt myself relating to thi ...more

Bromance Book Club: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

Such a fun read with a little bit of humor and a lot of heart! I really appreciated how the novel had not only second chance at love, but also a sisterly bond story line as well as the development of growing male friendships and how they opened up to one another on a more personal level. The journey for Gavin to win back Thea’s love was so sweet and had me rooting for them from the beginning! I read this novel quick and would definitely recommend!
