The Wall of Winnipeg and Me was my first Mariana Zapata book and wow did I not know what a slow burn was before. I didn’t even think the main characters were attracted to each other until about 70% in. Since it was so slow to start, it felt like the jump to HEA was made really fast.
I really loved the characters and that was great because it feels like you’re reading a story about their lives instead of a romance at first.

Where do I start... such an amazing read and my favourite in a long time. Loved the slow burn and everything about this book! Totally fell in love with the characters. So much love for this!!
