Oh GOD! It was HARD but I finish it!
I can't write a review... I must think... I must give a rest to my brain.... Quick few words, I loved it, and hate too. The reality of soldiers in a war is soooooo cruel! Maybe that's why I love/hate it. You would never want to read about cruelty that is VERY realistic no? One thing is read in a news paper about afganistan was, or any other military action.... Other is read a book, with so many terrible things... Knowing, it's a fiction book, but VERY close to ...more

Dual authorship is a difficult demon to master. There are two distinct voices narrating this story and that is two voices too many. I will still read one each of these author's sole distinct works to appreciate their writing fully. ...more

I just finished Soldiers. I feel like I just competed in a week long bull riding contest. Not a lot for me to say that hasn't been said by many before me. This book is a surprise at every turn. I'm totally invested in Dan and Vadim and I really thought I was going to hate them. So yeah, as wild and unpredictable as a bull ride. But WOW, what a ride! Highly Recommended! ...more
