A good, solid read which is beautifully made by two really talented creatives.
Laszlo is afraid of the dark.
The dark lives in the same house as Laszlo. Mostly, though, the dark stays in the basement and doesn't come into Lazslo's room. But one night, it does.
I saw the F&G for this title during a recent publisher review at work-and all I can say is, WONDERFUL.
Artwork and writing are matched perfectly.
Sadly-we must all wait until April 2013 until we can share in the love here. But trust me, it's good. ...more

Think this would be a good Halloween/Spooky story to read to preschoolers. After have a discussion of light and dark. Real and imaginary.
