Best of the non-Frank Herbert penned Dune novels I've read so far. It is pretty repetitive in places however. Dropping reminders of details really does prevent immersion and made me feel like the authors wished to insult my intelligence, though nowhere as much as in some of the other post-Frank novels. ...more
