I'm giving this book three stars instead of five because while I liked the book (especially the audiobook, the narrator was amazing), there is a lot of people who found the character of Park rather stereotypical and exotified. In addition, many of Eleanor's descriptions of Park and his mother contain very stereotypical and racist comments, and a complete lack of knowledge of Asian culture.
