So...hmm...okay....

This book, this book. When I first opened the pages I got so extremely excited for it. And I knew right away I was going to very enjoy it.

As we continued on I had to pause at many many different moments, pausing to reflect on the words I just read, pausing to soak it all in, pausing to smile.

A coming of age book written with such sensitivity with a great understanding of a teen mind. It kept me reading page after page and was astonished by the power of the writing!

Let me start by saying that I love Rainbow Rowell, but this book left me conflicted. Everyone has been raving about this book for so long, so I really expected to fall in love with it. I didn't.. I didn't hate it either, but I just couldn't connect. And that ending didn't do it for me. (view spoiler)
