Oh god this is awful. It’s the first Colleen Hoover book I’ve read and it’ll be the last. It’s awful. The characters are flat and awful.

Get ready for an adventure that's reminiscent of two truths and a lie. Throughout the novel, readers are treated to three versions of the truth and it's up to us to discover the verity.

Judging the protagonists' stories as fact is a dangerous assumption. As more layers are revealed, the truth is up to interpretation. This was my first Colleen Hoover - I’ve seen so many people rave about her. And this book was very good! The plot moved, it left me guessing, and the ending was as crazy as everyone said! The only thing that lessened my enjoyment was the gratuitous sex. I don’t mind a little of that content in the books I read, but this was a little much for my personal taste. If you don’t mind that in the books you read, this would be a great selection. But if you’re a bit of a more conservative reader like I a ...more
