"If we believe in monsters, in the supernatural, how do we believe in anything?"
Stephen King never lets me down. The story was completely captivating! Once you start it, the mystery just digs in and it's hard to stop. I wanted to know more, understand what was going on. I wanted answers and could barely get through the pages fast enough.
The audio book version is also wonderful! The narrator is amazing and does well with both inflection and distinguishing voices. Near the end, I couldn't listen f ...more

I haven't read Stephen King in a long time. I got a copy of this book autographed by the author when he appeared at WordPlay in Minnesota, so YAY! No one else can touch it though...my preccccious...
Back to what I was saying--The plot is rich with character diversity and investigative intrigue. Its got chills and thrills and a journey into territory Fox Mulder would have chased after. I can't write a better review. Only add thing I would like to add I wish I had read all of the "Bill Hodges Trilogy" - I'll go and read End of Watch shortly. You don't need to ...more

Ahhh, I always love Stephen King books. I was intrigued by the plot and was surprised to find that the plot took on a supernatural twist when I didn't expect it to. I love the cast of characters and the gruesome descriptions King utilizes. Also, I find what he does with the characters to be unexpected.
I was super pleased to find out about 50% through the book that this was a continuation of the Finders Keepers series, despite the original trilogy to be concluded. I love it when King incorporate ...more
