Rereading this book before, during, and after my trip to Barcelona was spectacular. I loved it even more the second reading (if that is even possible). Mysterious, and beautifully written, this book makes books and the city of Barcelona come alive.

what a great little tale of adventure. and everyone should have such a great friend as Fermin.
I had guessed parts of the end, but the tale was a marvelous adventure and still surprised me. I love it!

A stunning read. I dove in to this book and it just washed me away. I won't say the end was easy to see but that ok it how it got me there. I love the city and and people they seemed real. I love the books and love of book.. Now on to the next in the series ...more
