those were my reactions to this book. OH MY GOODNESS WHYYYYYYY VERONICA ROTH!!!!!!!!!! I feel like it is all downhill from here, and i will not be able to even. I do not trust her with these characters, and i fear for them grately. The deaths in this book were difficult, especially Al's. Im not sure why, but that one impacted me most ...more

I loved the way this book was written, and, though it is relative to The Hunger Games series, it is completely unique in its own way. Divergent kept me reading for hours upon hours, literally, and I am ready to read the next book in the series.
