One of the best novels I have ever read. It was brilliant without being trapped by genre confines. Yelena is a remarkable character that I instantly adored and felt connected to. The supporting characters in this novel pop off the page with as much depth as the protagonist. There is a quote on the back of the book that says 'its a book you will continue to think about days after reading it' (paraphrased) and that is so true. Very unique book- loved the premise. I am a huge fan of a strong female lead and I really enjoyed watching Yelena come into herself.
