Okay I never read this as a child (that I can remember anyway) but I've read it now (and no I haven't seen the film yet before you ask) and I loved it. It takes you away on your own imagination (even if only for a short while) and lets you go wild...literally! The Wild Things are fatastically unrealistic creatures that will have you changing the look of everyone and everything you meet in future just so you can create your own Wild Things to visit when your sent to your room and your feeling lon
