Set during the First World War, this first-ever Agatha Christie book features Poirot and his sidekick Hastings, who is recuperating from a war injury at a country house called Styles Court. It was annoying that Hercule kept coming up with ideas and refusing to explain them. I remember why I don’t like Agatha Christie’s books.

Phoebe Judge leste hele denne på Phoebe Reads a Mystery.

Classic Poirot. Classic annoying ass Hastings. Second time or so reading this, still just as good.
