This was a charming little book. The main characters were likeable and the bees tied it all together nicely. The themes of family, discovering yourself and humanity were dealt with well, but gently.

I enjoyed reading this book. I liked the analogies, some hidden some obvious. The humanness of the characters came through easily; each had an individual and imperfect voice.
