Probably 3.5 stars. The author was involved in an expedition to hunt for a lost city deep in the jungle, his job being to write about it, and that part of the book I found really interesting. Preston takes us through his experience chronicling the efforts to get a search for this "lost city" in Honduras funded and the use of lider technology to map the area where the city might potentially be. However, Preston also delves into the history ...more
