I started on audiobook but got too impatient by about 1/3 of the way and went looking for ebook so I can read basically in a single sitting. Intriguing mystery, fascinating futuristic setting, & a sizzling romance is a lethal combo in a read for me :D

The futuristic aspect of this mystery-thriller was interesting. There is a lot of graphic violence which made the audio format hard to listen to. Also I didn't care for the narrator. It's the 1st in a series and I quite liked the main character. I may or may not read more in the series.

Let’s call this 2.5 stars with an intention of reading more in the series.

So good I reread it within 6 months.
