I purposely have avoided John Green's The Fault in Our Stars because I don't particularly like tearjerkers, so I was a bit disappointed that this one was sadder than I expected it to be, having just read Rainbow Rowell's far more upbeat Attachments. A very sweet YA romance that still manages to cover some heavy, gritty issues. Park is too perfect to be believable, but I suppose that's what teenage girls want in their book boyfriends... ...more
