**2024 re-read. Still my favorite of the bunch, love so much!!
3rd book in the BDB re-read. This book is, with out a doubt, STILL my favorite book in this series. Zsadist, the featured hero, was so scary in the first couple of books, that even his brothers were frightened enough to warn their Shellans away from him. For now, Zsadist is my favorite in this serie!!!! LOVE
WOW WOW WOW! I think this is one of my top 2-3 books of all time. It had everything I like in a story...romance, humor, great characters, action/suspense, HEA, a GREAT hero and heroine, and an amazing author that has such a way with words.
I won't go into what the book is about as many others have already done so and do it better than I can. I will just say READ THIS BOOK! I absolutely loved watching Zsadist's transformation as well as learning more about his story/background as well as Phury's. ...more

By far my favorite book of the Black Dagger Brotherhood. I love Zsadist from the beginning of the series and this book just made me love him even more. I wasn't a fan of Bella in the beginning but she grew on me and I loved how she helped Zsadist open up to learn that he isn't dirty and does deserve to be happy. I felt really bad for Phury through out the entire book though to see the girl he had the hots for choose his brother over him, although I love how he and Zsadist get their relationship

I'm SPEECHLESS......OMG!!!!.....I love Zsadist & Bella's story...so far my favorite BDB couple!!! Zsadist's tormented past made me fall even harder for him.....I ended the book in tears...he had me @ I LOVE YOU..
If I had to descibe this book in one word: BEAUTIFUL!!!
