I actually started reading it and had a hard time getting into the story. I decided to download the audio version, and fell in love with it. Love the English accent. Really well done. Love Dani's story and can't wait for more:D ...more

I can't believe I finished this book. I dont think it has ever taken me so long and damn was it painful. It really hurts me to say that because the Fever Series by KMM was without a doubt one of if not the best series ever written. What this monstrosity is I have no idea. i don't have words to adequately express how this train wreck broke my heart and disapointed me. I wanted to love this i really did. I love Moning's writing and it was nice to visit the Fever World again. I had some uneasy feelings of Christian's thoughts and some random comments from others about 14 year old Dani but other than that, I really enjoyed the mystery and adventure. I can't wait to read more...if Moning would just write faster, I'd be completely satisfied. ...more

I absolutely loved it! True, it's a departure from the Fever series, with not many scenes with Mac and/or Barrons, but Dani, Ryodan, Christian, and Dancer made it interesting and fast-paced nonetheless. And yes Ryodan is all alpha-male hot, but I may have developed a little crush on Lor as well. ...more
