For me, this was an Ok story. There were a lot of things I never understood - like why Liam really never looked up Josie for ten years, or why Josie never tried to get in touch with later in life. Some of the plot just never rang true. I still don't really get why Liam broke up with her in the first place (I heard to explain action, but it just didn't make sense to me if they were truly so in love)

It was weird how Nick just dropped off the planet, and I don't get how poor Noah doesn't care that ...more

these secret children books dont normally do it for me. usually theyre unbelievable, poorly executed and the reasons behind the secret are at best shady. this book however, is the exception. i liked this one. i really came to care for the characters, the motives etc.. the only thing that bugged me was how quick a resolve there was to falling into the happily ever after trope. i'll deal with that though because i DID want it. maybe not so easily but whatever. well written, heartfelt. def be picki ...more

I really loved this book a lot. The characters were all great and very well developed! Josie is a great main character and her best friend Katelyn is such an amazing friend, and mother. I love that even though she is going through a lot she is there for Josie. I love how much football was in this story with the younger generation. And last of course I love Liam. He may have made mistakes in the past but who he is today is a person I love and adore. Love his bandmate Harrison also. Can't wait for ...more
