There is a fucking thin line between obsession and love, and let me break it to you Leah.. Bitch you crossed that line by miles.
ITS IN FUCKING FRONT OF YOUR EYES THAT HE DOESN'T LOVE YOU, never has, never will the way he loves her.
I find it amusing how I HATE characters from novels I read with every fiber from my being without them even fucking being real or anything.

WOW! I'm stunned, speechless, giddy from all the drama! I'm a sucker for drama and this book has it in spades. I went from wanting to scream in frustration when I finished The Opportunist to wanting to scream in excitement when I finished Dirty Red. AHHH!!! I love this series! I can't wait to devour Thief! Tarryn Fisher is a phenom.
To start: I didn't want to read this book.
No way did I want to subject myself to this character's story when I hated her so very much in The Opportunist. But when Thief came out recently, I just couldn't pass up finding out what happens with these crazy mixed up people. So one-click later, I was reading Dirty Red.
Totally worth it.
By Chapter Two, I knew Tarryn Fisher was a snake charmer. I'm not sure if by that I mean her portrayal of Leah as somehow charming or if sh ...more

I was not expecting to LOVE this book the way I did! And to rate it 5 stars - it was so worth it!
I read The Opportunist ages ago and although I liked it I can remember thinking that I didn't love it the way just about everybody else seemed to. So, when this book came out I got it and it has sat on my Kindle since then. I wish I had read it sooner!!

At least Olivia changed for the better but not Leah. Leah is a bitch and this is how compelling the story is.
i hated her, i really really did. but oh dear lord, was it a revelation being in her head.
