What Members Thought

Anthony Rawlings is the biggest prick that I have ever had the NON-pleasure of coming in contact with. Had my Mother not taught me better, I would be plotting how to rip off his genitals. :)
My review will be featuring (Note: I say FEATURING not ANSWERING.) the four main questions that have been plaguing everyone's mind since/before reading this book. - Let us dive right in.

Where do I start? Instead of giving you the background of the novel I am going to give you my reaction only.
I stumbled upon a group on Goodreads labeled Consequences Support Group and it immediately sparked my interest. I purchased the book with barely skimming the description. I figured if it already has a support group it must be worth reading. I went into this book blind and I’m glad I did because I might have been a little scared.

Aleatha Romig has mind-fucked me senseless. I can't say I totally enjoyed the experience, but what I will say is this, 'She's also a goddamn genius'!
Let me reiterate:
I have never in my life read a book where I loved it and literally fucking hated it at the same time. To have a book that hooks you in, dragging you deep, delivering every single myriad of emotion to almost the point of pain, to then take your hand and lull you into a false sense of security is absolutely inconceivable, but she did ...more

This book is one amazing ride. The writing is spectacular and you will find yourself vasilating between all of your emotions. One minute I am sure how I feel and the next I am way over on the other side of what I thought and believed before. Once I thought I was sure about something, the author was perfect at stopping me in my tracks and making me doubt myself...much like the female lead of this story. I wanted so badly at many times to be wrong....for it all to be a misunderstanding , which is

Just finished this and I feel as though I've been hit by a mac truck! I'm having a love/ hate relationship with this book. I just don't know how I feel about it..... All I can say is, what did I just read!!!!!

When I first finished this book, I had a wide range of emotions… terror, sadness, happiness, lust and then sadness again. My emotions were literally all over the place. How I felt about Anthony depended on what page I was reading. How could I hate this man, be attracted to him and love him all in the same book? I was on an emotional roller coaster, but one that wanted to go back on once the ride was over!!!

I'm sure there have been plenty from the professionals giving cliff notes of this book so I'm skipping that. This is a raw, emotional story about abuse. It gives you an up close and personal view in the head of a woman who is in an abusive relationship. It's very accurate. It slapped known behaviors in my face. It made me question....

I feel as though I am in shock and I was plowed over by a Mack truck!!! This book was intense for just about the entire book. Claire is a sweet young girl that is taken from her daily life to live with mr money bags Anthony. After some crazy ass time together the couple falls, in love or not...still not sure!!! Again this book took my heart out stepped on it, threw it against the wall and plastered it on my shocked face!!!! Book 2 better give me some answers because I am clueless now!!! Still I

4.5 WTF stars! What the heck did I just read? Even knowing what it was about it still did not go how I thought it would, man I have a smile on my face from the turn it took, I truly love when I don't see something coming. Insane! Now should I jump right into this crazy mess and go for book 2 or take a nice break into a SANE read? Because Anthony Rawlings you are freaking insane (my choice of word for this whole book) and I so want to slam my head into a wall!!!!
