OMG! this book made me cry and laugh many times. I never knew cremer would twist it like this, what a beautiful ending! even though I still loved ren. this book was better than all three of them! I am so sad that this journey is over. one of my fav strong independent characters is calla tor!<3

I LOVED Nightshade.
I LIKED Wolfsbane.

While I was reading Bloodrose, I kept thinking this could be a really good book. The story just captures you into the worlds of searchers ,guardians and keepers from the very beginning. The pace was perfect. But then in the last 100 or so pages, it just stopped. I stopped caring about the damn story. You broke my heart ANDREA CREMER and I can never forgive you for that.

Thank the lord this last one in the series wasn't the bore that Wolfsbane was for me! I think Andrea ended it as perfectly as she could have, and to be honest I'm glad the heartbreak is finally over! As a side note, I wonder how this cover would have looked had they stuck to the original covers?

I only vaguely remembered what happened in this book, but oh, this book had all the punches! Can't wait to reread and read more!

Really enjoyed this book, but it was really sad, and I think it could've ended a bit differently, and I would've preferred it that way. Up to the last 50 or so pages, at the one death, not saying who, it was really good, and then it got hard to read after that. But yeah, really great book besides the ending! ...more

I've been wanting this book ever since I finished Wolfsbane. I wanted to read what happen next and I killed myself when I read the except because I wanted the third book to come out right away back then. It took me three day's to read this book and I just couldn't put it down. I stayed up till 4am to finish the book today. Six hours of sleep is not good but I didn't care at the time. I've read it and I'm happy that I read it, it was what I expected and more! I was glad I started to remember the I've been wanting this book ever since I finished Wolfsbane. I've read it and I'm happy that I read it, it was what I expected and more! I was glad I started to remember the events of Wolfsbane as I read Bloodrose, it made me understand more since I read Wolfsbane so long ago.

This book was full of Action, Romance and drama all though out the book. It pulled you in with each word read n this story. It captures you right from beginning to end. Calla came into herself in this book, acting like the leader she should be and telling the two boys that she was the Alpha and that she wouldn't choose till the end of the battle. I liked this part it kept you guessing on who she will picked, at Times I thought it would be Shay but then Ren is there and I thought it would be him. It kept you guessing till the somewhere close to the end. The battles and adventure was so descriptive it felt like you were where they were, watching the battles take place.

When I first picked up this book I had no idea I would be crying so much. It was so heart wrenching I cried about three times throughout the book maybe more I don't remember. I just couldn't believe what I was reading, in my head I kept saying "No, please no" with tears falling down my face. Only the really good stories can make me cry at sad parts and this book is one of my favorites.

I guess my favorite part of the book would have to be how Andrea Cremer describes her wolves. When Calla, Ren, Shay or any of the other wolves shift's I love it. I love how she describes, when they play or fight. Maybe that's why I love the ending of the book so much, it's because I love wolves so much. How I wish to be a werewolf myself, but we all know that it can never happen. ...more

I'm kind of sad this is the last book in the Nightshade series because I actually really enjoyed it. But I'm also glad I finished it because I got to read Wolfsbane (which I loved) and this book, so it's kind of bitter-sweet.

I have to admit, this book has one of the best story lines I've seen in a while. There were twist and turns, things I didn't even see coming, and the ending was great. But it was also really sad (I won't tell). It had great writing, great action, and another thing I loved ab ...more
