There are so many reviews for this terrific book, I'll keep this short!
This book is an imaginative fantasy that has characters that won't soon leave your thoughts. The "people" that you meet throughout the story, which is narrated by a man reflecting on some very strange things that happened in his childhood, range from normal humans to those who may not be so normal. There is a journey of sorts taken when this young boy accompanies a new friend to a rather mysterious location. Mayhem and chaos ...more
