I read this in high school and didn't really like it then but it was chosen by one of my book clubs so I found myself rereading it many years later. I guess it is considered to be dystopian or science fiction since it's a look into the future from when it was written, but it is also very political since it is about the government being so controlling. This book was very hard to read. I just could not concentrate on the story because of all the questions coming up in my head. Maybe a legenda would have helped with understanding some parts.
