ven though not much was happening in this book so much was between the lines and in the past of the characters. There is something about Taylor Jenkins Reid’s writing that just draws you in. This book took me by surprise and it took me about 50 pages to get into the story.
so this book seemed to get a lot of hype and i heard mixed things going in so i didnt really know what to expect because i didnt want to read spoilers as to why. i can see why. i have read a few other books by this author, and i seem to either love or meh them. i really liked one true loves and maybe in another life, but my opinion about daisy & the six and evidence of the affair seemed to differ from a lot of other reviews out there. those were kind of meh for me. this book falls more into that
