i think this book is good for people who are doing software-designing and have absolutly no clue on what design can influence.

I dont like this book, i found it lame,
its very paternalistic.

I think in the long run all the tricks and techniques in this book and the way of thinking of this book are making the human race stupid.

If WE dont need to think or act responsible or be awake or attentive we wont be. the less Our enviorement expects of us the less abilities we will have.

I would have liked to see more of the researchs on the subject and less of the USA specifics.
