Really solid resource to send to "that uncle." I'm less sure how much anyone who is well-intentioned and informed takes away from this book. I found the audience a bit confusing: at times it seemed to be geared toward budding anti-racists who simply don't know many people of color, at other times it seemed geared toward the skeptical racist who is inclined to argue with it.
